I've practiced law for twenty five years, after graduating from Villanova University and School of Law with multiple degrees in the sciences and my JD. Ten years ago I left my partnership at the biggest firm in the world, DLA Piper, to focus my practice on providing the best, most efficient counsel I could give my clients.

My practice comprises patent prosecution, including reexamination and appellate practice, in high technology fields, patent and intellectual property (trade secret, copyright and Lanham Act) litigation as well as ADR in patent, business and licensing matters, licensing and transactional work including licensing and cross licensing, corporate and joint venture structure and operating matters, corporate strategy counseling, due diligence, negotiations and other activities surrounding acquisition and divestment of high technology intellectual property and other corporate assets as well as trademark prosecution and other associated intellectual property and business matters.
